New member Supervisory Board
After eight years, Mr. Wigle Sinnema is leaving the HZPC Supervisory Board. His time at the Supervisory Board came to an end. We look back on a very pleasant collaboration and we are thankful for Mr. Sinnema’s dedication and strong involvement with HZPC.
Intended to replace Mr. Sinnema’s position is Mrs. Hommes-Gesink (46). She and her husband are running an agricultural business in Lauwerzijl, province Groningen. Mrs. Hommes comes from a farmers family. Together with her family, she is the owner of an agricultural business in Denmark. In addition to this, Mrs. Hommes is a member of the Board of Breeders as well as the Members Council Cosun and she and her brother are active breeders for HZPC. For her Agri business studies, Mrs. Hommes has studied in the Netherlands as well as in England.
On behalf of the Supervisory Board, the HZPC Executive Board will appoint Mrs. Martine Hommes-Gesink as a member of the Supervisory Board during the General Meeting of Shareholders on 15 May 2020.
