To get a good idea of the many consumer groups we serve, we examine the different food cultures where we do business. We look at the position of the potato on the plate and appreciation of the potato’s appearance, packaging and preparation. To keep track of trends, HZPC gathers information about consumer groups in our new business areas, about changes in consumer behaviour, and about the preferences of various generations.
