Download informationTransfer of HZPC certificates outside the stock exchange
In accordance with Article 3.8 of the Regulations regarding trust conditions, a certificate holder may transfer one or more of his certificates outside the stock exchange after prior written approval by the Board, except in the case of a transfer by universal title in a number of cases. This also applies to the certificates obtained from the Connecting Growers program.
The procedure for this is as follows:
- You complete the form (see download below); sign it and send it to certificaten@hzpc.com.
- Subsequently the transfer will be presented by HZPC to the board for approval
- If the board grants approval, the administrative transfer of your certificates follows.
Connecting Growers programme
We would like to see the share of certificates held by active growers increase. That is why, with our 2021 harvest, we are implementing the ‘Connecting Growers’ programme. This programme will enable us, at HZPC Holding, to buy certificates on the market (every year for 1,5 million) and give these to our active seed potato growers in the European Union. The certificates will be shared out in proportion to the acreage of seed potatoes per HZPC grower.
