Cardyma is a reliable potato for the French Fries Industry. Long potatoes, which means long fries with a very bright yellow flesh color, an exceptional combination!
Cardyma has a broad resistance package including wart diseases and is strong against nematodes (Ro1, 4 and Pa2). You can store Cardyma easily until the end of the season and it will still give that tasty and crunchy fry.
